What is the Accessory Scout’s return policy?
 
If you are not completely happy with your full-price purchase, you are welcome to return items for a refund in the original payment method within 7 days of delivery. Please notify us by email (theaccessoryscout@gmail.com) when making a return.
  • Customized and Special Order items are final sale & cannot be returned 
  • Sale & Discounted items are final sale. If you used a discount code of any kind, this item is considered final sale.
  • Returned items should be unworn and on their original earring card/in original packaging
  • Please use a padded envelope or box and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip when mailing your return to:

  • Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on  undeliverable packages.

What if something in my order is damaged when it arrives?
We take every precaution to package all orders with care to make sure they arrive in their best condition.  In the rare case that something does arrive damaged, please email us with a picture of the damaged item within two days and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
 
When should I expect to receive my order?
 Please allow 3-5 business days to process and package your order before it ships out.   Once in the mail, typical shipping time is between 2-4 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number with your order so you can easily check the status. Everything ships out of Houston, Texas!
 
My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it.
We would first recommend checking your order and make sure you typed the correct shipping address.  If the address is correct, check with everyone at your address to make sure that someone else didn’t grab it from the mail box first- we have seen this happen quite a few times! If you still can’t find it reach out to us at TheAccessoryScout@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen in transit but we can try to help you come to a resolution.
 
Do you offer pick up?

Do you ship internationally?
Please email us and let us know where you are located and we are happy to give you a quote on shipping price to your location.
 
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at check out depending on your location and size of your order.  All orders over $25 come with free shipping.  It is automatically applied at checkout!
 
Do you offer expedited shipping?
If your item is in stock and ready to ship out, we are happy to expedite shipping.  Please email us ASAP if you need something in a hurry and we will try to work with you and get it there on time. 
 
I just submitted an order and want to make a change.  What do I do?
We know how frustrating this can be.  We try to process orders as quickly as possibly but if you email us with your changes, we will try to make it happen.  We can’t make any promises we can get it done once an order is submitted but we will try our hardest!
 
There is an item I love but it is out of stock.  Will you be restocking?
Some of the items we have are only available in limited quantities.  To make sure you snag the items you love, we recommend ordering as soon as possible.  If there is something you see that you want restocked, let us know! Email us or DM us on Instagram.  If it is still available we’ll get it for you.  We would also recommend signing up for a Restock Request.  This way you’ll get an email when they're back online!
 
I’ve got a pair of custom earrings in mind, can y'all make them?
Sure we can!  Just reach out to us via email or Instagram.  Tell us the design you want and the colors and we’ll make it happen.  We can even send you a sketch first so you know what they’ll look like!
 
I want The Accessory Scout at my party! Will y’all come?
We love to do parties or trunk shows!   Send us an email with some dates and details and if we’re available well make it happen!
 
Do you offer discounts?
We do! We offer bulk discounts if you are buying more than 12 pairs of the same earrings (bridesmaid gifts, party favors etc.).
